Two Rooboys Teams in the Grand Finals

Two Coorparoo teams (A1s and C3s) are into the Queensland Sub-District Cricket Grand Finals after winning their semi-finals.
The A1s will play Indooroopilly Districts and the C3s will play Valley DCC in the Grand Finals next Saturday and Sunday.
The A1s defeated Brookfield United on first innings at Brookfield Showgrounds. Batting first, Coorparoo made 188, with half-centuries for Chris Dishot (62) and Hayden Lanza (52). Xavier McCluskey took 6/31 and Liam Lanza 3/8 as Brookfield were dismissed for 85. Leading by 103, Coorparoo batted again, reaching 5/69.
The C3s defeated Souths Juniors on first innings at CJ Greenfield. Bowling first, Coorparoo dismissed Souths for 109, with five wickets to Marc Fidler (5/32) and two each to Andrew Swindells (2/20) and Sam Rogers (2/23). Michael McInerney (32 - passing 6,000 runs for Coorparoo) and Pragasam Sorubaraj (29) top scored as Coorparoo (4/113) reached the target with six wickets in hand.
The B2s lost to Bracken Ridge on first innings at Gibson Park (North Oval). Batting first, Coorparoo were dismissed for 103 (Kristan Haikal 25). Bracken Ridge made 214 (Liam Fogarty 3/40 in his 100th Coorparoo game, Jacob McInerney 2/28, Haikal 2/52) and Coorparoo reached 6/41 in their second innings.
