Three Rooboys Wins in Round 9

Coorparoo finished Sub-District Cricket Round 9 (the last round before the Christmas/New Year break) with three wins.
The A1s defeated Indooroopilly Districts by 90 runs at Filmer Park. Batting first, Coorparoo made 9/194 in 40 overs (Nic Machado 51, Ryan Fletcher 42, Ben Mably 26). Mably (4/41), Liam Lanza (3/24), and Hayden Lanza (2/12) combined to dismiss Indooroopilly for 104 in 27.2 overs.
The B2s defeated the Springwood Suns by one wicket at Brisbane State High Sports Complex (oval 2). Chasing 114 (Kristan Haikal 4/16, Jacob McInerney 2/13), Manoj Kumar (50) and David Hedditch (25) put on 80 for the second wicket at Coorparoo made 9/115 in 29.5 overs.
The C3s defeated the Redlands Sharks by 60 runs at Judy Holt Park 1. Batting first, Coorparoo made 4/184 in 35 overs. Andrew Swindells (72 not out) and Steven Pidcock (26 not out) put on an unbeaten 80 for the fifth wicket. Jacques Breet took 4/15 as Redlands made 9/124 in 31.5 overs.
The C1s lost by nine wickets to QLD Lions Blue at Carseldine Sporting Complex. Manish Pal scored 29 as Coorparoo made 105. The Lions (1/108) reached the target in 16.5 overs.
