Three Wins for Rooboys in Round 10

Coorparoo finished Sub-District Cricket Round 10 with three wins.

The A1s defeated the Gold Crest Cobras on first innings at Finsbury Park. Batting first, Coorparoo made 111 (Lachlan Draper 34). Ben Mably took 5/11 (and Liam Lanza 2/13) as Gold Crest was dismissed for 76. Coorparoo declared at 5/132 (Ryan Fletcher 45 not out, Lachlan Draper 36), a lead of 167. Xavier McCluskey took 3/19 as Gold Crest reached 3/55 by stumps.

The B2s defeated Valley DCC on first innings at Indooroopilly State High School. Valley made 170 batting first (Nitin Kashyap 3/23, Jacob McInerney 2/26, Kristan Haikal 2/45). Matthew Grace scored 115 not out as Coorparoo declared at 4/249, supported by James Paterson (48) and Manoj Kumar (34). Valley reached 1/76 by stumps.

The C3s defeated Brisbane Saints on first innings at Alan Pettigrew Oval 2. Andrew Swindells took 5/11, supported by Marc Fidler (2/7) and Michael McInerney (2/14), to dismiss the Saints for 68. Ross Freiberg scored 86 (and McInerney 24) as Coorparoo declared at 7/157, a lead of 89. Fidler took 2/12 as the Saints reached 3/86 by stumps.

The C1s lost by 64 runs to Everton Districts at CJ Greenfield. Batting first, Everton made 259 (Ken Parry 2/33). Coorparoo was dismissed for 124 (Shane Ford 35) and 71.
